Amsterdam Circle Line

Really enjoyed this boat tour. Lasts about an hour and 20 minutes and takes you on a circle around Amsterdam for some nice views. As others have already mentioned, the captain is the big highlight of it. Very humorous and excellent at explaining things and providing interesting facts about Amsterdam and Netherlands as a whole. Definitely the most I've learned about this beautiful country. The captain also suggested a few nice spots to eat, including a pancake house (The Pancake Bakery), which I went to after the tour and I really liked it (thanks captain!). His assitant, the girl, was also very nice and friendly. Overall really enjoyed it, highly recommended.

Looking for a canal cruise with English friends, found the Circle line, because it is 75 minutes, so a little more time than most. It was indeed a very nice and interesting cruise, nice staff, and because we made good progress, even had time to go past the NEMO and replica ship Amsterdam, and on to the IJ river. We can definitely recommend this tour, good value for money, too.

It was amazing boat tour! We booked our tickets for Amsterdam Light Festival boat tour. They offered us hot chocolate free of charge before departure 🤩 If you come early, you can wait inside the cafe ✌🏻 The boat has heater below of each seat 👍🏻 The information about festival was good enough! Captain is also amazing 😎 Highly recommended this boat tour!

A lovely 75min tour thru the canals and into the harbour! Recorded audio tour but our fun yet relaxed captain jumped in with jokes and anecdotes. Friendly guy! Bathrooms on the boat too! It was just as we hope, and a good price (without all the food and booze upselling—we just brought our own snacks and bought drinks at their associated cafe to bring on with us)

Took this canal cruise to see the light show on the canal. The team was nice but the boat is seating of 6 and not assigned. I was with a group of 3 but then we were joined by family and kids/babies. There was no order on the cruise so kids were running around and screaming most of the time so you could not really hear any of the information that was shared during the cruise. I would suggest if you are looking to have a peaceful night to do one that has an age limit because this impacted the experience. The canal is not fully lit with lights so its every once and a while during the cruise that you see canal lights and art. You really got to see most of the lights in peoples houses. If you are looking for an evening just to relax, walking the canal you may get a better experience or doing one of the options with drinks that could provide a more relaxed and calm evening to enjoy the views.
